We connect consumers with licensed insurance carriers and pre-screened home-service professionals. We do not issue policies, bind coverage, perform work, or guarantee any particular outcome from a provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without our written consent; or

When you submit a quote request, you grant Quotation Experts a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the information you provide for the purpose of matching you with relevant providers. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit.

6. Third-Party Providers

Quotation Experts facilitates introductions between consumers and third-party providers. All agreements, services, and transactions between you and any provider are solely between you and that provider. We are not a party to those agreements and assume no responsibility for the actions or omissions of providers.

7. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, financial, insurance, or other professional advice. Content is provided for informational purposes only. Consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.

8. Accuracy Disclaimer

We strive to keep information on the Service accurate and current, but we make no representations or warranties about its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Rates, availability, and coverage details are subject to change and must be confirmed directly with the provider.
