This Consent policy describes the terms under which Quotation Experts and its network partners may contact you following a quote request or other submission through quotationexperts.com.

1. Electronic Communications

By submitting a request through the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from Quotation Experts and from the licensed providers and vetted contractors to whom your information is matched. Electronic communications include email, text messages (SMS/MMS), and other digital channels.

2. Automated Contact (TCPA)

By providing your phone number and submitting a request, you expressly consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages from Quotation Experts and its network partners at the number provided, for the purpose of discussing your quote request or service inquiry.

Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may still receive quotes and compare options without consenting to automated contact by indicating your preference when submitting your request.

3. No Purchase Requirement

Your agreement to receive communications does not obligate you to purchase any insurance policy, service plan, or home-improvement service. You may compare options and decline any offer at no cost.

4. Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on the number of providers matched to your request and your interactions with those providers. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to text messages.

5. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw consent to receive text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. To withdraw consent to email communications, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us at support@quotationexperts.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect any communications sent prior to your request.

6. Legal Validity (E-SIGN)

Your electronic submission of a quote request, including checking any consent checkbox or clicking a submit button on the Service, constitutes your electronic signature and is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state law.
